Contact Ayke within 7 working days of delivery to request an exchange. Keep the item unused, unwashed, with its original tags and packaging. Contact us before sending an item back.

Returns and refunds

Routine returns and refunds for a change of mind are not offered. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can resolve the issue.

If an approved refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.
